We often construct custom and production pieces. For this reason, once an order is approved, we do not accept returns.
For all custom projects, we require a 50% deposit to put them into production. The deposit is non-refundable. Once the project is complete, we require the final balance payment, plus any additional shipping expenses, to be paid prior to shipment/delivery.
